Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Class Great for people who enjoy receiving personal guidance so you develop a yoga practice suitable for your level of stamina and flexibility. In addition, you also receive adjustments while you are in a posture so you learn how to adapt your practice as your flexilibity improves. Great for people who love a challenge...
Ashtanga Yoga - Guided ClassSuitable for beginners and people with experiance of yoga, during these classes you will have time and space learn some of the traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques with a view of developing your own, personal yoga practie. Great for people who enjoy a deeper level of guidance - but space to develop and learn and have fun at the same time.
Ashtanga Yoga - Led Class A dynamic class based on the set sequance of movements and asanas (postures) which make up the Primary Series. In its fullest form, the seququance lasts about 2 hours. However, a shorter form can be offered to fit into peoples schedule and you still get a flavour of the full practise. In these classes, we also experiment with new, more complex postures should you ever wish to take things further. This is a dynamic class so some experiance of yoga is necessary before joining.
Rejuvenation Yoga. Based on the yoga taught at Kavalydhama, Pune, India; this approach to yoga mixes a range of techniques to give you a good overview and experiance of yoga. Generally, a steady, focussed class you would generally move from simple postures to more complex postures but always finish with a meditation. Great for people with no experiance of yoga and for people who enjoy a medatative apporach.

Available at £40.00 per hour in your own space - up to a maximum of two people.
