Typical Treatments
Each treatment starts with a consultation so the first treatment lasts around 2 hours. The massage starts at the feet, then the legs, stomach, arms, hands gluteal, shoulders, neck, head and finally the face is massaged so that you receive a truly holistic massage.
Subsequent treatments are then taken at regular intervals and can last from between 1 or 2 hours depending on your requirements. Take a look at some typical treatments people have received, but remember that all treatments are tailored to your particular disposition, level of flexibility and emotional needs at the time of your visit.
Relieve Executive Stress
This is a deep massage that focuses on the use of acupressures points that help to reduce blood pressure, and incorporates many techniques aimed to help you 'let go' of the tension you are holding and causing stress in your body. This is perfect for busy mums, if you are working on a mayor project with pressurised deadlines, or if you have been working 24x7. Time to chill!
Create Energy Boost
This is a more vigorous massage than the stress relief. However, acupressure points which help to boost your energy are incorporated as part of the treatment. Perfect if you are feeling fatigued.
Time to Relax
A steady, deep, rhythmical treatment which focuses on the energy lines that aim to create emotional balance so your body can finally sigh with relief.
Encourage Back Care
This treatment focuses on relieving tension in the gluteal, lower, middle and upper back. Lots of stretches that encourage a 'forward bend' type as well as a deep massage in the lumber area are included making this treatment great to irradicate tight muscles from golf, squash, tennis and other active sports.
Relieve Digestive Problems
The area where we typically hold our tension and this can manifest in many digestive problems. This treatment includes a very thorough stomach massage to challenge the tension your stomach holds, as well as many stretches aimed to help drain your kidneys so the whole of your digestive tract can start moving again!
Create Soft Neck & Shoulders
As it says - the vast majority of the treatment is spent stretching and working on those muscles that keep our shoulders high rather than nice and soft. Oils are used at the end of the treatment so that the neck muscles can totally relax and you can move and turn your head freely again.
